I Can't Checkout / I Can't Complete My Order

If you can't check out or the "COMPLETE ORDER" button isn't working, please try the consider the folloiwng suggestions:

1. If your checkout is a little grayed out, it usually means you may have some information missing.

 

2. If this doesn't resolve your issues, using a different device/browser may help. Our website is designed to work with Internet Explorer, but if you're using an older version of Internet Explorer, sometimes certain aspects of checkout won't display or function properly.

3. You can also try and check out using PayPal to see if that helps.

4. Lastly, some of these tried-and-true fixes may resolve the problem:

  • Clear your browser cache 
  • Using this link, make sure your web browser is up to date and that JavaScript is enabled
  • Try a new web browser altogether (we recommend Google Chrome or Firefox)
  • Temporarily disable any antivirus or ad-blocker extensions/programs you're running

    It won't let me complete the order either cause I live in Canada.. doesn't make sense

    ...I checked and it's because of my order, the products I had ordered are restricted under the LAW. Of course !!!
    It's illegal When it's good for us!!

    Mine refuse to complete order too how do I know if it is restrict under law illegal I am in the Uk could this be why if so how do I find out I am trying to buy twisty glass blunt can u help

    Probably...same item, similar laws and we are still under the same Queen!!!
    ...and the only help I can give you is; tell you what I'll do. I will try to find it somewhere in Canada until I do. Sorry and good luck.

    That okay I found somewhere else that did it a little bit more money but it worth it but at least I know it being sent now

    Can't check out! I am a returning customer and my details are already in the system don't need to include again! Can't checkout!! Very frustrating this is happening way too many times!!

    Trying to complete my order produces a bogus message that my card was declined.

    The card issuer says it was NOT declined or even sent to them, so it is ondesoft that is declining the order not the card issuer.

    Tells me cant process order, and at the same time my Credit card was charged.  NICE!!

     

    These guys have no phone number to call and fix the issue, dont think ill be buying anything from them again.

    I was unable to complete my order for the Certified Ethical Hacker Bootcamp, however, my bank account was charged $1 four different times. Please let me know how to complete the order.
