My Product is Damaged or Defective; How Do I Return It?


If you received your product and believe it to be defective, or it arrives damaged, don't worry - we will get you taken care of by offering you a replacement. Simply reach out via the "Contact Us" link found at the top of this page within 30 days of your purchase's shipment date.  Include your order number and any photo evidence you may have showing the damage or defect.

IMPORTANT: We require physical evidence for any return/replacement requests, so please include this information in your initial email.  This will help our team expedite the process, so we can send you a new, working product as soon as possible.
