Can I get a refund for my purchase?


Many of the deals on our site have a No Refunds Policy due to the fact that they are heavily discounted. Additionally, a large portion of our deals are for intangible goods, such as software, E-Learning, and design assets. As soon as the order is completed, license codes and redemption assets are sent to the customer. If we offered refunds, customers could make purchases, redeem them, then ask for a refund so they could get it for free. This is another big reason why most of our deals have a No Refund Policy.

The Refund Policy will always be stated in the TERMS section of the deal page. Be sure to review the Refund Policy before making a purchase. You can also find out if a deal is refundable by going to the Purchases section of your account. Click on any order to expand it. If you can cancel the order, there will be a white "Refund" button at the bottom of the redemption instructions. If not, it will say "Non Refundable".
