Product Arrived Damaged or Defective?

If your purchase arrived damaged or defective, you may return the item for a replacement or refund. Just reach out to us with a photo or video of the defect within 14 days of the product's delivery date. Products that are returned must be unused and in their original packaging.  We require physical evidence for these requests, so please include this information in your initial email to help expedite the process.

Some products are sold with an All Sales Final policy. We recommend reviewing the Terms section before completing placing an order. Always feel free to reach out to our team if you have any questions before you buy.
