I Forgot My Password

If you forgot your password:

  1. Click here to send a password reset link to the email address you used to sign up.
  2. If the e-mail is not in your Inbox, please check your Spam/ Junk Folders.
  3. You can also add "noreply+app@stackcommerce.com" to your address book.
  4. Once you have received the e-mail, follow that link to enter a new password. 

TIP: If you do not receive a password reset email, we recommend confirming that you've made a purchase with the email address entered in the password reset form. Also, try another email address that you may have signed up with. It's also possible that you checked out as a guest when making your first purchase.
