If you're receiving an error regarding your zip code when attempting to check out, we recommend the following:
- Make sure all the other billing information fields (i.e State/Province and Country) - are filled out
- Try logging out, clearing your browser cache, and logging back in
- Did you move recently? To enter your new billing address, check out with the same credit card, but enter it as a new card (if it's already saved in our system)
- Add your card to a free PayPal account and select PayPal as your payment method
