Where Is My Tracking Number?

  • As soon as your physical order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with its tracking information.
  • Shipping times will vary for each item in your order.
  • You might notice that there is no updated tracking information for the first few days. Please note tracking information usually takes 3 to 5 business days to populate.

I Can’t Locate My Purchase On Your Website: 

  • If you are an Account Holder, you can find up-to-date shipping information and tracking links for each item in your order on the Purchases Tab of your account.
  • If you placed the order as a Guest User, please reference the Order Confirmation Email that was sent to the email address associated with your order.
  • If you are still having issues locating your order on our website, please click here to help in locating it.

There Are No Tracking Updates/ Lost In Transit:

Tracking Information Says Order Is Delivered/ Being Delivered To A Wrong Address:

  • It is possible that the incorrect tracking number has been issued to your order.
  • Please submit a request so we can partner with the merchant & obtain the correct tracking information for you.

Tracking Information Says It Is Sent Back To The Shipper:

  • In the event that the Carrier is unable to deliver the item to you, they will mark it as Undelivered/ Return To Sender.
  • Please submit a request & verify the shipping address or provide an alternative shipping address.
  • We will partner with the merchant to reship the item to you.

Tracking Information Says Order is Marked As Delivered, But I Have Not Recieve It Yet:

  • Please note that carriers often mark packages "delivered" up to 3 business days prior to the actual physical delivery.
  • We also suggest that you check with neighbors and members of your household to ensure someone didn't pick it up for safekeeping. It is also possible that the carrier placed it in a hidden area to avoid it from being stolen.
  • If you still cannot locate your package, Please submit a request & verify the shipping address for this order so we may investigate. 
  • We will loop in our partners who shipped this item to confirm the address and/or request that a Lost Package Claim be opened with the carrier on your behalf, if necessary.
