Refund Policy - Online Courses

Once you’ve "clicked to claim" an online course purchase, it is no longer eligible for a refund. If you haven’t clicked to claim an online course purchase, it may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date for store credit. To request a refund on an unredeemed or unclaimed online course purchase, just contact our support team.

Note: Some promotions will adhere to an All Sales Final policy, so be sure to check the Terms section of the product you’re interested in purchasing.
