Refund Policy - Online Courses

  • Once you’ve (1) clicked "Click to Claim/ Click to Redeem" an online course purchase or (2) entered your email address to enroll in the course, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
  • If you haven’t (1) clicked "Click to Claim/ Click to Redeem" an online course purchase or (2) entered your email address to enroll in the course, it may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date for store credit.
  • To request a refund on an unredeemed or unclaimed online course purchase, just submit a request to our support team.
  • NOTE: Some promotions will adhere to an All Sales Final policy, so be sure to check the Terms section of the product you’re interested in purchasing.
