My Order is Stuck or Lost in Transit. What Do I Do?

Sometimes, tracking information may not show progress for several days but this does not always mean that an order is lost. 

It's important to understand that during the tracking process, orders can sometimes be in the same phase for up to a week before being updated. During the shipping process, orders are processed through numerous sorting centers.  When a package arrives at a new sorting facility, it can sometimes stay there for several days before moving to the next phase.

 

On rare occasions, an order may be delayed or lost in transit due to circumstances beyond our control. We recommend waiting a week beyond the expected delivery date before checking with Customer Support. In the event that your purchase is genuinely lost or stuck in transit, we'll work together with the merchant to ensure that your original order or a replacement is delivered as soon as possible.
