Once you have received the Shipping Confirmation Email, you might notice that there is no updated tracking information for the first few days. Please note tracking information usually takes 3 to 5 business days to populate.
It's important to understand that during the tracking process, orders can sometimes be in the same phase for up to a week before being updated. This is usually the case for items that are shipped internationally.
During the shipping process, orders are processed through numerous sorting centers. When a package arrives at a new sorting facility, it can sometimes stay there for several days before moving to the next phase & we may not see updated scans on your package during that time.
On rare occasions, an order may be delayed or lost in transit due to circumstances beyond our control. This may be more evident during the following scenarios:
- Extreme weather conditions disrupting the supply chain
- The holiday season wherein the supply chain is usually overwhelmed
- Customs Delay (for items shipped internationally)
- Stricter shipping restrictions caused by worldwide events
As a result, sometimes tracking information may not show progress for several days, but this does not always mean that an order is lost. We recommend waiting a week beyond the expected delivery date before checking with us. Rest assured that our merchant & shipping partners are doing their best to deliver your order to you.
