In most cases, customers who purchased a product but can't find it in their purchases have more than one account with us. Typically, customers who contact us about this accidentally created multiple accounts and made a purchase with both of them. You also may have checked out as a Guest customer.
If you need to locate your order, we recommended trying to log in with another email address that you have access to or entering each email address that you have access to after selecting "Reset Password". It's also possible that you signed up by linking your account to your Facebook, so we recommend trying that email, as well.
