Product Arrived Damaged or Defective?

I purchased a regular item (returnable in 30 days)

  • If your purchase arrived damaged or defective, you may return the item for a replacement or refund. 
  • Just submit a request to our team with a photo or video of the defect/ damage. Attach it to the form.
  • It must be within 30 days of the product's delivery date.
  • Products that are returned must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Note: We require physical evidence for these requests, so please include this information in your initial email to help expedite the process.

 

I purchased an All Sale Final item

  • If your defective product falls under the All Sales Final policy, please submit a request.
  • Include a photo or video of the defect/ damage, and attach it to the form.
  • We will reach out to the merchant to assist with troubleshooting (if recommended) or possible replacement. 
  • Note: We require physical evidence for these requests, so please include this information in your initial email to help expedite the process.
