Unable to Redeem a Digital Product?

Digital purchases can be redeemed or downloaded by logging into the Purchases section of your account. 

If you're logged into your account, just click this link. Or, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account from our main site using the email and password you used when purchasing your product. Note: All Stacksocial powered shops will log you into the same account, so if you don’t recognize the brand at the top of the page- that’s okay!
  2. Place your cursor over your name on the right side of the page and select Purchases from the menu
  3. Click on Details next to the name of the product you purchased.
  4. Follow the instructions listed to complete the redemption process.
  5. If your product requires a license code, the Click to Redeem Your Purchase button will reveal your license code and redemption link if applicable. Note: After you click this, the product will no longer be eligible for a refund.
