Refund Policy - Products That Have Not Shipped

If your order has not been processed for shipping yet, you may cancel it for a full refund. Processing usually happens by the end of the day that your order is placed, so keep this in mind if you think you’d like to cancel.

To cancel an order, just log into the purchases section of your account and select your order. From there, if the order has not yet been processed for shipping, you’ll see the option to cancel underneath the name of the product.
