Q: How do I redeem my voucher?

A: Now that you’ve purchased your voucher, within the next 30 days, please contact our concierge team at 844-762-4144 to schedule your installation. Be sure to give them your voucher number and no further action for the voucher is necessary.  Our team will update it as redeemed upon scheduling.

Q: I called to redeem my voucher, but no one answered.

A: I apologize for the inconvenience! Unfortunately, we do not schedule installations via email so we politely request that you reach back out by telephone between 9:00 am CST and 6:00 pm CST. That should ensure someone on our concierge team is available to assist you via phone to redeem your voucher and schedule services. The phone number is 844-762-4144.

Q: I am not moving for two months, am I able to redeem my voucher then?

A: Congratulations on your new home. Safe Haven specializes in new homeowner customers and will work with your schedule during this process. We can schedule your installation further than two months from now but you must call to redeem your code within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our concierge team at 844-762-4144 to schedule your installation within 30 days of purchase to ensure your voucher does not expire.

Q: Why does my voucher say Safe Haven Security on it? I thought that I was purchasing an ADT Voucher!

A: Safe Haven Security Services, LLC is the largest ADT Authorized Dealer and is the exclusive provider of this special promotional offer. To redeem your voucher and receive all the benefits of this offer, please call our concierge team at 844-762-4144.

Q: I bought this voucher but decided not to move forward with installing a system due to some unforeseen circumstances – can I get a refund?

A: Yes, absolutely we will issue you a refund in full.
