How do I register my Sam's Club Membership?

  1. Get to your Purchases tab 
    1. Option 1: Log in and locate your Purchases tab under your account name
      • If you are having trouble finding your account, please reference the original email address and password used during checkout
      • If you purchased as a guest user, either create an account and password or locate your Order Confirmation email   
    2. Option 2: If you are a guest user, locate your Order Confirmation email and click on the “Redeem Your Purchase” link 
  2. Locate the digital product you are trying to redeem 
  3. Click on “Product Details” to expand the redemption instructions 
  4. When you’re ready to redeem your product, click the “Claim My Code” button. 
    1. Note: Once you click the “Claim My Code” button, the item is no longer available for a refund or return.  
  5. Once you have clicked “Claim My Code”, you’ll see redemption instructions, link, and/or a license code appear 
  6. Follow the instructions listed to complete the redemption process to access your product

 How do I get a physical Sam’s Club membership card?

​​For a physical membership card after online membership registration, present your phone number or email along with a valid ID at Sam’s Club Membership Services in any US Sam's Club location to have your membership card printed. You cannot register your membership in-club.

How do I find my Membership ID?

After you purchase, you will receive a confirmation email that will include online redemption instructions so you can register and receive your membership number.

I’m not seeing a Promo Code field & DO NOT have the Sam’s Club mobile app downloaded on my phone: 

From the details provided, it seems that you are already logged in and will need to logout. 

To logout, please click on ‘Your Account’ in the upper right hand corner of the screen and then click Sign Out. Once you’ve done that, please follow the instructions below:

 

  1. Please copy & paste this link into a WEB BROWSER https://www.samsclub.com/join/club?campaignCode=12088&campaignType=SOCIAL
  2. Copy and Paste the above Serial Code into the Promotion Code Field and click Continue
  3. Please note you will need to use a new email address to register as this offer is for New Sam's Club Users only
  4. If you have the Mobile App installed you must copy & paste the above link into a browser (safari, chrome) versus clicking straight on the link as this will only pull open the Mobile App
  5. Enter your Personal Information, including your Mailing Address and Phone Number
  6. Click on Activate Membership
  7. You will receive a Confirmation Email

I’m not seeing a Promo Code field & have the Sam’s Club mobile app downloaded on my phone: 

From the details provided, it seems that the mobile app is opening when redeeming. Unfortunately, the offer is not redeemable via the app. You’ll need to redeem on the merchant’s website using a web browser.

  2. Copy and Paste the License Code found in your Purchases Tab  into the Promotion Code Field and click Continue

I'm unable to complete my registration for the membership because I already have an email address registered with Sam's Club.

This promotion is for new Sam's Club customers only. If you already have an email address registered with them, you may use a different email address to complete your registration.

 

Can this offer be purchased as a gift?

Yes, this can be purchased as a gift but the user must not be an existing member of Sam's Club. 

 

Can this offer be used to renew an existing membership?

This offer is not valid for any membership renewals.

 

If I had a membership that has expired, am I eligible for this deal?

This membership offer is only available to new Sam's Club members in the USA. It is not valid for membership renewals, for those with a current membership, or those who were Sam’s Club members less than 6 months prior to the current date. To check your renewal date, please check your billing statement or your online account, or chat with an associate.

 

Can I purchase this offer if I currently have a business membership?

If you currently have any Sam's Club Membership, you are not eligible for this offer.

 

How do I receive my Club items?  

Free promotional items will automatically load to your membership card as Instant Savings within 72 hours of membership activation. These special offers are not viewable on the Instant Savings page of your Account page online or in the Sam’s Club App. The offers will apply automatically when you scan the item for purchase and the discounted amount will show on the receipt at checkout.
