How do I claim my Sam's Club Membership?

I placed an Order as an Account Holder

  1. Log in to your Account & go to your Purchases Tab.
  2. Under your Purchases, go to the order.
  3. Click on Product Details.
  4. Click “Claim My Code”.
  5. You will now be able to access your redemption assets: 
    1. Redemption Link
    2. License Code
    3. Redemption Instructions/ Steps
  6. Follow the instructions listed to complete the redemption process to access your product

Important Notes:

  • If you are unable to claim your code or do not see the “Claim My Code” button, please submit a request to our team for assistance
  • Once you click the “Claim My Code” button, the item is no longer available for a refund or return.
I placed an Order as a Guest User
  • After you have placed an order, you will land on an Order Confirmation Page wherein you can claim your code by clicking “Redeem My Purchase Now”.
  • You have received an Order Confirmation Email at the e-mail address you used on the order.
  • If you can not locate the Order Confirmation Email in your Inbox, we suggest that you take a look at your Spam/ Junk folder. 
  • You can submit a request to our team so we can resend your Order Confirmation Email to the email address used on the order.
  • We can claim your redemption assets for you & e-mail you the redemption instructions. Just submit a request. Please note though, that once a digital purchase is claimed, it is no longer refundable. Click here to learn more. If you'd like us to do this for you, kindly indicate on the request that you consent to our team claiming the code on your behalf.

How do I register my Sam's Club Membership?

Once you have claimed your Sam’s Club Membership, it’s now time to redeem it!

  1. Click on the Redemption Link & land on this page:

  2. On Step 1: Copy/ paste the License Code on the Promotion Code field.  Be sure to always copy and paste this code in order to avoid any typos or misleading characters like ‘0’ and ‘O’ & exclude extra spaces before and after the code you are copying.
  3. On Step 2: Enter your Personal Information, including your Mailing Address and Phone Number.
  4. On Step 3: Click Activate Membership at the bottom of the page.

  5. You will receive an automated email confirming you have successfully registered at Sam’s Club. It will indicate your membership number.

How do I get a physical Sam’s Club membership card?

​​For a physical membership card after online membership registration, present your phone number or email along with a valid ID at Sam’s Club Membership Services in any US Sam's Club location to have your membership card printed. You cannot register your membership in-club.

 

How do I find my Membership ID?

After following the steps outlined in How do I register my Sam's Club Membership?, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your registration, which includes your membership ID/ number.

 

I’m not seeing a Promo Code field & DO NOT have the Sam’s Club mobile app downloaded on my phone.

It is possible seems that you are already logged in on the Sam’s Club website and you will need to log out. 

To log out, please click on ‘Your Account’ in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and then click Sign Out. Once you’ve done that, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Please copy & paste this link into a WEB BROWSER. https://www.samsclub.com/join/club?campaignCode=12088&campaignType=SOCIAL
  2. Copy and Paste the above Serial Code into the Promotion Code Field (Step 1).
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Please note you will need to use a new email address to register (Step 2). This offer is for New Sam's Club Users only.
  5. Enter your Personal Information, including your Mailing Address and Phone Number.
  6. Click on Activate Membership (Step 3).
  7. You will receive a Confirmation Email with your membership number.

I’m not seeing a Promo Code field & have the Sam’s Club mobile app downloaded on my phone. 

It seems that the mobile app is opening when redeeming. The offer is not redeemable via the app. You’ll need to redeem on the merchant’s website using a web browser.

  2. Copy and Paste the above Serial Code into the Promotion Code Field (Step 1).
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Please note you will need to use a new email address to register (Step 2). This offer is for New Sam's Club Users only.
  5. If you have the Sam’s Club Mobile App installed on your phone, you must copy & paste the link into a browser (Safari, Google Chrome) versus clicking straight on the link as this will only pull open the Mobile App.
  6. Enter your Personal Information, including your Mailing Address and Phone Number
  7. Click on Activate Membership
  8. You will receive a Confirmation Email with your membership number.

I'm unable to complete my registration for the membership because I already have an email address registered with Sam's Club.

This promotion is for new Sam's Club customers only. If you already have an email address registered with them, you may use a different email address (not recognized by Sam’s Club) to complete your registration.

 

Can this offer be purchased as a gift?

Yes, this can be purchased as a gift but the user must not be an existing member of Sam's Club. 

 

Can this offer be used to renew an existing membership?

This offer is not valid for any membership renewals.

 

If I had a membership that has expired, am I eligible for this deal?

This membership offer is only available to new Sam's Club members in the USA. It is not valid for membership renewals, for those with a current membership, or those who were Sam’s Club members less than 6 months prior to the current date. To check your renewal date, please check your billing statement or your online account, or chat with an associate.

 

Can I purchase this offer if I currently have a business membership?

If you currently have any Sam's Club Membership, you are not eligible for this offer.
