You can cancel an order that has not been processed for shipping yet for a full refund. Order processing usually happens by the end of the day that your order is placed.
I placed an Order as an Account Holder
To cancel an order that has not shipped out yet:
- Log in to your Account & go to your Purchases Tab.
- Under your Purchases, select the order you would like to cancel.
- If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, you’ll see the option to cancel underneath the name of the product.
- You can also submit a request for assistance with this process.
I placed an Order as a Guest User
Please submit a request immediately to check if we can still cancel your order before it ships out. We will notify the merchant who processes the order to stop the shipment, but this is not a guarantee.
My Order Has Already Been Shipped
If the order has been shipped, then you must wait for it to arrive before beginning the refund process.
